cloneman I love this new Matt Lander track. It's just absolutely stunningly beautiful sounding, and nice and long. Psychedelic, spacey, otherworldly, maybe a little like krautrock in places. I think it's a nice mix of beautiful synth and guitar which is nice and heavy at times, and I really like the drums too, and the way the mix gives each part of the band it's own highlight. I could listen to this all day long. I'm looking forward to more from this band, especially when they sound like this.

about

Маат Lander / Oresund Space Collective Split LP
Limited edition: 222 x black & 111 x coloured (180gr.)

"All you really need to know is its two long compositions clocking in at forty-two minutes together. Instrumentally there’s a solid rhythmic foundation that revolves around bass, guitar and drums and then loads of synthesizers piled on top. Sometimes those synth sounds are all you hear and at those times the music delivers it’s most spacey vibe."

Jerry Lucky

"Maat Lander and Øresund Space Collective serve the same purpose, but with a different way: the former are based on a concise, uniform rhythm section over which unfold intelligent guitar improvisations, while the latter rely more on the synths and build up musical themes on them without falling short in the groove."
